We’re so excited to have you visit! Please take a moment to review our visitor guidelines below to help ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.
A waiver is required for all visitors, so please make sure everyone in your group completes one below before arriving. For groups with children, we limit tours to 20 kids to ensure a comfortable environment for the animals and kids alike.

Wear Closed-Toe Shoes—Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes for your safety.
Weather Considerations—If the weather isn’t cooperating, we may need to reschedule. We’ll contact you as soon as possible if that happens.
Respect the Animals – Our animals love visitors, but they also have boundaries! Please follow staff instructions when interacting with them—no feeding or entering enclosures unless invited.
Kids Must Stay with an Adult – Little ones are welcome but must always stay with their grown-ups. Running, shouting, or chasing animals isn’t allowed.
Liability Waivers—All visitors must sign a waiver to participate in activities. The waiver is located at the bottom of this page.
Stay in Designated Areas – For your safety and the animals’ well-being, please stay in visitor-approved spaces and avoid climbing fences or entering restricted zones.
No Outside Pets – We love animals, but for the safety of our rescues, please leave your furry friends at home.
Photos Welcome! – Feel free to snap pictures! If you’re a professional photographer or planning a special session, please check with us first.
Cancellations & No-Shows – If your plans change, just let us know. We appreciate the heads-up so we can accommodate others. For paid events, please see the cancellation policy when signing up.
